Jennifer’s journey into aged care was an unexpected but serendipitous one. Amid the challenges of the COVID pandemic, she was referred by a friend to join Warrigal Calwell as AGM, bringing her extensive experience in nursing management and quality safety.
Her involvement in transitioning Calwell from Bupa to Warrigal and her rewarding experiences with residents and families led her to embrace aged care wholeheartedly.
Jennifer joined the Warrigal Mount Terry team in May 2022.
Meeting residents and families, developing long-term relationships, and providing support and care is what she finds the most rewarding aspect of her role.
