To access aged care services, simply call at 1800 200 422 or hop online to myagedcare.gov.au to find out your funding options. They’ll take down your details and connect you with your local Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT).

Keep an eye on your mailbox

You’ll receive a letter that will tell you your maximum daily care fee and whether there’s a means-tested care fee or accommodation fee to consider.
