With the weather on our side, our Lake South Community Village project has been progressing well and is on track to be completed by early 2026. Since construction started in July of 2024, majority of the work undertaken has been focused on bulk excavation, retaining structures and in-ground services, preparing the site for our future Community Village. The project is beginning to take shape with the building of retaining walls and our latest development – the pouring of concrete slabs, laying the foundation for the future Lake South Villas.

We’re very excited to continue construction and as the project starts to come to life, we can’t wait to welcome residents who will call the wonderful Lake South Community Village home!
