Say goodbye to maintenance work!
Our Warrigal property team are here to make sure your day to day doesn’t include having to worry about mowing your front lawn or cleaning your gutters. We have highly-skilled and very friendly property officers who love to make great relationships with our villagers, as they monitor our Property Maintenance Request Portal daily to ensure our villages are kept in tip-top shape.

Peace of mind with 24-hour emergency call systems
With your INS Life Guard system, you’ll always have the peace of mind knowing that help is close by. The button-operated system is set up in your villa, so should you need emergency assistance, help is only a click away.

A Dedicated Community Village team
We employ dedicated Village Coordinators who help facilitate social outings, and provide you with a point of contact should you have any questions or requests about living in your community village. You’ll get to know them personally, and they’ll keep you up to date with what’s happening in the village, as well as assist in organise social functions throughout the year!

Keeping fit with our exercise groups
We know how important keeping physically fit is while we age, so we strive to ensure our villagers have the opportunity to engage with exercise groups to keep you fit and healthy while enjoying life in your village.

A jam-packed social calendar
As previously mentioned, our Village Coordinators and your Village Committee will organise regular social get-togethers and outings to keep you busy! Some examples are happy hours, BBQs, bus trips, singing groups, arts & crafts, theatre shows, and much more.

Your pets are welcome!
We know how important your furry friends are, so we welcome you to bring your pets along with you to your new community. Pets are welcomed upon application via Warrigal’s Village Team.
