2025 And Beyond: Exciting Progress Ahead!

We’re so excited to share the journey of our brand-new community village with you.

The start of 2025 has been a great time for construction at Warrigal Lake South, with ideal weather helping us make remarkable progress. After breaking ground in June last year, 2024 focused on vital groundwork such as bulk excavation, retaining structures, and in-ground services. This year, we’ve hit a significant milestone: the foundations for the villas are being poured, and we’re starting to see the framework and trusses take shape.

As we move into the coming months, expect to see further foundations being poured, and key trades like roof sheeting, masonry, and cladding going up soon. Though we can’t announce an exact move-in date just yet, all work is progressing smoothly, and we’re on track to welcome new residents by early 2026.
